print and mail operations.
These solutions, which include Data Management,
Cut Sheet and Continuous Laser Printing, Finishing
and Intelligent Enclosing, range from specifically
designed packages to complete mirror images of the
client's existing operation.
All applications, regardless of the equipment used
to process them, can be emulated using the variety
and configuration of the installed hardware and
software. The Print Management platform ensures
an ability to receive and process the wide variety
of print data streams currently in use.
All equipment is maintained in a constant state
of readiness and is tested continuously. This policy
ensures an ability to respond immediately to any
invocation of the contracted service.
Business Continuity, the largest facility of its
kind in Europe, has the capability for processing
in excess of 3.4 million items of mail per day and
has positioned itself to deliver a comprehensive service
to all Blue Chip clients with business critical
print and mail.
This service, which is specific to each client,
is determined following a strategic review of
the in-house operations and the business requirements.
The aim is to provide a solution that will deliver
an immediate alternative for customer service in
the event of a disaster and a continuation of this
